Olim Al HaBar
June 2014

The first event of its kind, in which Olim Chadashim and Vatikim from all corners of the world spoke, sang, and made us laugh, at Shuk Machane Yehuda in Jerusalem.
The audience included Olim, tourists, Tzabarim, and everyone in between.

Social Aliyah
June 2014

Three meetings with Mechina students, alumni, and Israeli students, to get to know Israeli society on a deeper level and receive tools for social action. We discussed multiculturalism in a welfare state, economic ideas and their social impact, and social involvement on a micro and macro level.

"Basis" Students Meet Their Older Siblings!
December, 2013

Each "Basis" student is partnered with a Mechina alumni from the same faculty of studies, who will guide and assist him/her, both academically and socially. The alumni have already become a sort of "older siblings" - family away from home - and will continue to assist the new students throughout their academic careers.

Alumni Reunion
Hannukah 2013

Mechina Alumni met on the 8th candle of Hannukah to dine together, listen to an archaeological lecture about Hannukah, and do a Menorah tour in Nachlaot.

See you at the next reunion!
